Anne Dorman Never Stops
Anne Dorman approaches real estate with equal parts strategy, creativity, and curiosity. As a co-owner of Mobile Bay Realty, she helped build the brokerage from the ground up 6 years ago. Today, the company is home to 28 agents, and in addition to serving her own clients, Anne Dorman mentors new agents, leads a successful team, and enjoys finding better ways to market homes in an ever-changing industry.
Her business is intentionally diverse. At any given time, you'll find Anne representing first-time buyers, marketing waterfront estates, negotiating investment properties, selling farms, or handling commercial transactions. She believes every property tells a different story and deserves a marketing approach built specifically for it rather than a one-size-fits-all formula.
Year after year, Anne ranks among the top 1% of REALTORS® in the local Baldwin MLS of 3000 agents for sales volume - while maintaining a full roster of both buyers and listings. That balance keeps her connected to every side of the market, giving her clients the advantage of understanding what motivates both purchasers and sellers in real time.
Before real estate, Anne built a career as a licensed professional counselor, an experience that continues to shape how she works today. Listening carefully, navigating difficult conversations, staying calm under pressure, and helping people make thoughtful decisions are skills that have proven just as valuable around a closing table as they were in a counseling office.
Outside of work, you'll almost always find Anne outdoors. She enjoys boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, hunting, gardening, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and their 2 dogs. Traveling is another favorite pastime, and while she loves exploring new places, London remains her favorite city and feels like a second home.
For Anne, real estate has never been about transactions. It's about understanding people, solving problems, thinking creatively, and helping clients move confidently into whatever comes next.
