She spent over a decade in healthcare marketing at her family business, Beltone, before discovering her true calling in real estate. She founded two successful event businesses—Tap and Pour, followed by Pop and Pour Party Co.—where her eye for detail and design flourished. Now, Lesley combines that experience with her passion for transforming homes and properties into something truly magical.

As a proud mother of three active children, Blakely (14), Aubrie (10), and Mason (9), Lesley understands the importance of finding the perfect home for your family’s needs. Her kids thrive in the Fairhope school system, participating in school cheer, competitive cheer with Rogue Allstars, and soccer with the Fairhope Soccer Academy. Lesley and her family are also active members of 3Circle Church.
