With a nostalgic, story-time type of name and an enchanting, old-fashioned storefront, Christmas ‘Round the Corner is one of those unique places that make Fairhope what it is. Take a step in through the beautiful front doors, and you’re fairly transported to a glowing, warm holiday atmosphere you didn’t know existed! This roomy store carries a huge variety of holiday decorations – almost whatever you can think of you’ll find here! From premium flameless candles to all genres of Christmas tree ornaments, table settings, and holiday figurines, there is so much to look at. My absolute favorite things, though, are the massive, fully-decorated Christmas trees placed regally around the room. Some have luxurious bows and ribbons, others are more coastal-themed, and some are perfectly traditional…and they’re all gorgeous!

Situated on the corner of Fairhope Avenue and Section St, Christmas ‘Round the Corner has been in business year-round since 1993. I have to admit, Christmas is the last thing on my mind in the heat of high summer, but if the overwhelming holiday spirit suddenly happens to grip me one summer day, this store has me covered!? I should also mention that they feature some different holiday items, too – not just Christmas…you’ll see Mardi Gras, Easter, Halloween, and Thanksgiving items all represented throughout the year. If you’ve never taken a stroll through this place before, you’ll be thankful you did!
