Jessica Wien knows what it means to take a leap of faith. Originally from Hamburg, Germany, she moved to Baldwin County with her husband and three boys after his work with Airbus brought their family to the Gulf Coast. Before making the move, Jessica had never yet been to the United States, but she quickly fell in love with the beauty and lifestyle of Fairhope and Orange Beach. In Germany, Jessica lived near the Elbe River and spent summers at the Ostsee, so being close to the water has always felt like home to her. Today, some of her favorite moments are simple ones: boating with her family, riding bikes through Gulf State Park, walking on the beach, and cheering on her boys at soccer, football, and basketball games. If you walked into a room full of Jessica’s favorite things, you’d spot her signature leopard print lamps and plenty of cozy blankets, because she firmly believes no one should ever be cold.
Real estate has always been part of Jessica’s story, even before becoming an agent herself. In Hamburg, she spent over 20 years working behind the scenes in real estate finance, reviewing contracts, processing mortgages, and helping approve loans for buyers. While she loved her work, she realized what she enjoyed most was connecting with people. Transitioning into real estate sales felt like the natural next step, allowing her to combine her extensive knowledge of the buying process with her outgoing personality and genuine desire to help others. Moving to a new country, learning a different system, and building a career in another language has been no small challenge, but Jessica has embraced it with warmth, determination, and curiosity.
Today, Jessica’s favorite part of real estate is helping people find a place where they truly feel happy and at home.
