Autumn Gann is a Baldwin County native and has lived everywhere from Robertsdale (Elsanor) to the beach to the Eastern Shore. While her family and friends would give her a hard time for constantly moving and changing houses (she eventually got a P.O. Box to make the moves smoother!), this has helped Autumn better relate to her buyers and sellers.
She knows from recent first-hand experiences the hurdles involved in real estate transactions and can help her clients smoothly navigate the process. In addition to changing properties about every two years, she has extensive experience with renovations, new construction and building specifications. This enables her to better assist buyers to assess a property’s potential and help them through the building process. Autumn has also owned a successful Home Staging company. She’s able to help sellers present their space to appeal to the most buyers and able to help Buyers see the potential of a property and how it can work for them.
Autumn’s real estate career has also led her to assisting clients with land subdivisions. She’s been able to work on everything from 2-lot subdivisions to developing an Airpark. All of these experiences enable her to help her clients reach their real estate goals.
Outside of real estate, Autumn and her husband, Matt, have 2 kids: Madeleine and Cole. Madeleine attends Fairhope High School and is a talented singer & guitarist. Cole attends Fairhope Middle and enjoys playing soccer for Gulf Coast Rangers and the State’s ODP team. Autumn and Matt feel blessed to be able to raise their kids along the Gulf Coast. She loves helping clients with their Gulf Coast real estate needs, getting to work for her clients and taking care of them every step of the way.
