“I wonder what that house would sell for?”
“Ohhhh, that one will sell quick!”
“That house has great curb appeal!”
Multiple times a day Kim would say these things.
For many years her friends told her, “Kim Thompson, you need to be in real estate. You’re a natural! You enjoy working with people and can relate so easily with everyone you meet. You never meet a stranger!” So, on that note, after building the family business, Eastern Shore Inflatables, with her husband, Chris, she took a leap of faith and never looked back! From listing houses to showings and negotiations, the end goal for Kim is always to have HAPPY CLIENTS. “I love it all…helping people and changing lives!” Kim says.
Having lived in several states, Kim and her husband decided to make LA (Lower Alabama) their “forever home.” They had family in the area and wanted to be closer to them. Plus, many other reasons drew them to the Gulf Coast and Eastern Shore of Baldwin County. After living here for almost 15 years, Kim says,
“From the beach to the bay, the cotton fields, boiled peanuts, fishing, water sports, art, restaurants…There’s so much to do and it’s a great place to raise a family. We love the climate and Southern Hospitality. Yes, we do have ALL four seasons. You just have to look a little harder for the fall colors. Nowhere compares with the Charm of the South. Southern Hospitality goes a long way here. Yes, ma’am/sir and manners are the standard. If you forget to use them, you may soon be reminded by someone other than your Momma. But most of all, we love the people. People here say “Good Morning” and mean it. “How can I help you?” seems to be a way of life…and so the story goes. Helping people has become a way of life for me in real estate. It is a heartfelt pleasure to serve my friends in helping them find a home. ”
